Roles & Responsibilities:-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the IT or system integration industry, preferably with experience in partnership with Lenovo & HP. This role requires strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential growth opportunities.
- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance against goals.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Lenovo, HP products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Partnership Management:
- Collaborate with Lenovo, HP and other technology partners to leverage resources, programs, and support.
- Stay informed about the latest OEM products, solutions, and market trends.
- Ensure alignment of sales strategies with Lenovo partnership objectives.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Implement and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Skills Required:- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of sales management experience in the IT or system integration industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with Lenovo or similar technology partners is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.
Education Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
