Job Title:- General Manager Sales- SMB Market
Location:- Gurgaon
Experience Required:- 12+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the IT or system integration industry, preferably with experience in partnership with Lenovo & HP. This role requires strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential growth opportunities.
    • Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance against goals.
  2. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Lenovo, HP products and services.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Partnership Management:
    • Collaborate with Lenovo, HP and other technology partners to leverage resources, programs, and support.
    • Stay informed about the latest OEM products, solutions, and market trends.
    • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with Lenovo partnership objectives.
  5. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  6. Sales Operations and Reporting:
    • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
    • Implement and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and processes to optimize efficiency.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Skills Required:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of sales management experience in the IT or system integration industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with Lenovo or similar technology partners is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.

Education Required:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
